Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the binding legal agreement between the user (“Player,” “you”) and Betlix (“the Company,” “we,” “us”). By registering an account and using any services provided by the Betlix online casino, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement governs all aspects of account management, gameplay, financial transactions, and promotional participation. Account Registration and Verification

To use our services, you must open an account. By doing so, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information provided during registration, including email, username, and phone number, is accurate and complete. Each player is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts may lead to the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds.

Account verification (KYC) is a mandatory process required before any withdrawal can be processed. This procedure may also be triggered once lifetime deposits exceed the equivalent of £1,489.01. Players will be asked to provide copies of official documents, which may include a passport or driver’s license, proof of address, and evidence of the payment method used. The standard verification process is typically completed within 24 hours.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions at Betlix are subject to specific rules and limits to ensure security and compliance. Key conditions include:

Minimum Transactions: The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is set at the equivalent of £7.45.
Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit whenever possible. If this is not feasible, an alternative method may be approved following additional security checks.
Turnover Requirement: A fee of 8% (with a minimum charge of £2.98 equivalent) will be applied to any withdrawal request where the corresponding deposit has not been wagered at least one time.
Withdrawal Limits: Standard withdrawal limits are set at £372.25 daily, £1,861.27 weekly, and £7,445.07 monthly. Withdrawals exceeding £744.51 may be subject to additional verification, which can take up to 72 hours.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, in addition to the general bonus policy. The standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 40 times the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Deposit bonuses are considered ‘sticky’, meaning the bonus amount cannot be withdrawn. While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies, which is typically £1.49 or £3.72 for the welcome package. Please be aware that bets on certain games, such as table games and live casino titles, may not contribute towards wagering requirements. The Company reserves the right to void any bonuses or winnings resulting from fraudulent activity or abuse of the bonus system.

Prohibited Activities

The integrity of our platform is paramount. Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activity that could be deemed fraudulent, collusive, or illegal. This includes, but is not limited to, exploiting software vulnerabilities, using stolen payment methods, engaging in arbitrage betting, or using automated bots to play. Any breach of these rules will result in immediate account closure and the confiscation of all balances.

Account Closure

Betlix reserves the right to close or suspend a player’s account at its sole discretion if a breach of these terms and conditions is suspected. The Company may also temporarily lock an account after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Players may close their account at any time by contacting customer support, provided all outstanding balances have been settled.

Governing Law

This agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. By accepting these terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao to settle any legal matter or claim.
